As everyone can see the Tea Hut now has no legal parking for customers during the hours of daylight. Should this be allowed ? For the past eleven years Lewisham Council have been happily taking business rates from me as well as the previous owner several years before that, all based on a takeaway premises, in the middle of the Heath. How do they expect me to make a living and keep paying rates with no parking facilities and diminished customers. What are your thoughts?
